Innsbruck: Very old, historical single-family house "Vogelhütte", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axame 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 14 km, Patscherkofel 10 km, Mutterer Alm 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lanser See 10 km, Natterer See 11 km. Ein großzügiges Haus mitten im Grünen mit allem was man braucht. Das Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht denn in wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt an der nächsten Haltestelle.

nous recherchions une maison au calme; nous avons trouvé une location accessible par un chemin de terre, mais qui cache derrière elle une voie de chemin de fer à 50 mètres et une autoroute à 70 mètres...l 'horreur ! En fait l'on ne peut y vivre que les fenêtres fermées(très agréable l'été!!)on peut ajouter un lit avec des lattes cassées où on ne peut dormir. très déçus

Nous aimerions clarifier que notre description mentionne "autoroute à proximité" et que cela ainsi que le chemin de fer est également visible depuis la carte interactive présente sur notre site. Concernant les lattes du lit, celles-ci avaient simplement glissé hors des supports et sont désormais en place.
