Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, railway station "Kaltenbach" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km.
