For shared use: property 300 m2, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 150 m, bus stop "Rogoznica" 1 km, pebble beach 350 m, rocky beach 100 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Historical village, directly by the sea, 55 km west from Split, 45 km south from Šibenik, 130 km south from Zadar. In the resort: shops, grocery, bakery, bank. Besides: pharmacy 10 km, doctor 10 km. More possibilities 10 km. Access: motorway A1 Zagreb - Split, exit number 23 "Vrpolje" 47 km from Rogoznica/Ražanj. Then road S8 Marina - Ražanj.

Od wielu lat jeżdżę do Chorwacji, za każdym razem staram się być w innym miejscu. W mojej ocenie miejsce, które odwiedziłem tym razem, uznaję za najbardziej atrakcyjne pod każdym względem: mili gospodarze, wiele miejsc do spacerowania, piękne widoki, wygoda jeśli chodzi o zakupy.

Guten Tag, die Besitzer des Hauses sind gastfreundlich, das Haus ist gemütlich und sauber, alles ist für einen Aufenthalt im Haus verfügbar, die Küche hat alle elektrischen Geräte und Utensilien, nur die Pfanne brennt an, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Abends können Sie in einem Pavillon sitzen, schöne Augenblick auf das Meer und den Yachthafen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz mit carport guten Sonnenschutz.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Dwie instalacje klimatyzacyjne w pełni pokrywają zapotrzebowanie na chłód. No i piękna kanapa na zacienionym dużym tarasie.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, die Terrasse hatte eine super Aussicht, vor allem Abends waren die Sonnenuntergänge bezaubernd. In der Wohnung war alles sauber. Die Zitronen am Küchenfenster (Zitronenbaum) haben uns gefallen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett.

Świetna miejscowość na rodzinne wakacje. W Rogoznicy znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne do wypoczynku. Fajne plaże- różne od kamienistych, żwirkowych po betonowe. Mieliśmy ze sobą rowery, więc korzystaliśmy z różnych urokliwych plaż. Apartament położony jest 200m od morza, z tarasu przepiękny widok na marinę co sprzyja spożywaniu posiłków na tarasie. W miejscowości kawiarnie, restauracje, pizzerie, bazarek ze świeżymi warzywami, owocami, rybami, winem, oliwą. Urokliwa miejscowość.
