320 m a.s.l. >>Labin - Charming old town well known for its coffee shops, fine seafood restaurants and a rich cultural life including summer time concerts and festivals of jazz and classical music. Small, historical town with 12'400 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the peninsula 5 km from the sea, on top of a hill, 5 km west from Rabac, 45 km north-east from Pula, 50 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage at 5 - 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 - 50 km.

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 5 km from the resort. Stoney beach, with beach facilities, 5 km from the resort. Tennis. Riding. 5 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ferienwohnung in Ravni/ IstrienHorst T.

Bis auf einige kleine Mängel (Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, Kaffeemaschine total verkalkt, Wasserabfluß in Dusche fast verstopft) haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Die Wohnung ist mit dem beschriebenen Komfort ausgestattet. Sehr geräumig. Für 2 Personen ideal, weitere Personen müssten allerdings auf 2 Sofas schlafen. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Viel Natur. Vom Balkon wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer und die vorliegende Insel Cres.

Gute Gastgeber; gut ausgestattete Küche, Sauberkeit (könnte aber definitiv besser sein), ruhig, schöne Aussicht, wenige Minuten zum Strand.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wenn man nicht zu pingelig ist. Pro: Check in war unkompliziert, obwohl wir später gekommen sind. Nette Vermieter. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, man sitzt auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Man kann zu Fuß zum Meer gehen, ist dann direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man mit zwei Leuten benötigt. Richtig toll ist der wöchentliche Wäscheservice, d.h. frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Contra: Das Internet ist äußerst instabil, von gar nicht vorhanden bis geht so. Es hätte durchaus sauberer sein können, aber weil die beiden Herrschaften schon alt sind, er geht an einem Stock, sieht man darüber hinweg. Auch das Inventar ist alt, mit einer Nachtischlampe hätten wir fast einen Wohnungsbrand ausgelöst, weil die Fassung defekt war. In den letzten Tagen gab es des Öfteren einen Stromausfall, was aber überregional war, wahrscheinlich ist das Stromnetz dort veraltet.

Traumhafter Ort um vom Stress des Alltags abzuschalten und Kraft zu tanken Pro: Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Toller Strand in der Nähe mit einem schönen Restaurant. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto um in die nächstgrößere Ortschaft zu kommen. In Ravni selber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. In der Nähe kann man mit dem Auto tolle Strände und Orte anfahren. Contra: Nichts auszusetzen

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Möbel waren mal teuer aber veraltet im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Es waren nur zwei kleine Pfannen da. Sehr weinig Besteck vorhanden.

Traumhaft. Wunderschön und freundliche Menschen. Immer wieder gerne! Pro: Meerblick von der Terrasse wunderschön. Ruhige Lage und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Strand ist ein paar Minuten von der Unterkunft und der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlicher ältere Herr. Zum chillen und abschalten ideal. Im Umkreis von 50km, wenn man ein Auto hat kann man viele Städtetouren machen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wollen im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder da verbringen. Meer ist kristallklar!!!
