For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (4.8 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, rocky beach 15 km. Marina 15 km.

320 m a.s.l. >>Labin - Charming old town well known for its coffee shops, fine seafood restaurants and a rich cultural life including summer time concerts and festivals of jazz and classical music. Small, historical town with 12'400 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the peninsula 5 km from the sea, on top of a hill, 5 km west from Rabac, 45 km north-east from Pula, 50 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage at 5 - 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 - 50 km.
