Location Description Medulin

Medulin - cosy, busy, family-friendly bathing resort and suburb from Pula with 1'700 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 10 km south-east from Pula, 115 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 15 km.

Medulin - sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach, with beach facilities. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, 30 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten, leisure park.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und top gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin die bei Fragen und Wünschen immer da ist. In der Wohnung gibt’s eigentlich alles, von Küchenutensilien über Spülmaschine, Backofen, Sandwichmaker, Kaffee Maschine bis zur Waschmaschine und Staubsauger. Die Terasse ist groß und überdacht. Den Grill und Pool benutz man zusammen mit der zweiten Ferienwohnung. Auf dem Grundstück sind Feigen und Zitrusfrüchte. Zum Meer sind es 5 min mit dem Auto.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird gereinigt und war stets sauber und gut gepflegt. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich! Die Küche ist gut mit Geschirr und Geräten ausgerüstet. Was mich etwas gestört hat, ist das keine Couch zum Gemütlichen Fernsehen bei schlechtem Wetter vorhanden war. Alles andere war wirklich toll. Die Besitzerin hat sich auch sehr gut um uns Gekümmert.

Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Pro: Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie ist stets ansprechbar. Der Pool und der die Außenanlagen / Hof mit Tor ein Traum. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass der Pool mit einer Familie des anderen Ferienhauses geteilt wird. Alles tipptopp… wir kommen ganz bestimmt nochmal. # Contra: Die Stechmücken abends auf der Terrasse.

Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet!! Alles wie beschrieben und alles sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin :-) super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Sie kam regelmäßig vorbei um das Grundstück und den Pool zu pflegen. Die Umgebung war auch schön. Strand war zu Fuß zu erreichen und weitere Strände mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten. In nur wenigen Gehminuten findet man eine Bäcker und auch einen Supermarkt- was sehr praktisch ist. Wir werden bestimmt

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, in einer sehr guten Unterkunft. Eine sehr liebe und freundliche Vermieterin, die sich sehr um alles gekümmert hat. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag seine Leckerchen von der Vermieterin erhalten.
