In the hamlet Špinotija 1 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 3 km from the centre of Brtonigla, 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 8 km, rocky beach 8 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m, cycle lane 550 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Available quad vehicle (on request, extra). Video surveillance of the driveway and parking.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Schön angelegtes, gepflegtes FerienhausJennifer Z.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern 9 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Schöner beheizter Pool. Die Außenküche war mit Abstand die beste, die wir in einem Ferienhaus hatten; mit Spülmaschine und Herd - da hat man keine Gerüche mehr im Haus - top. Auch gut durchdacht fanden wir Außentoilette, gerade mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Wir können da Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen! Sehr nette Vermieterin! Viele lieben Dank!

Das Haus ist super und sehr modern. Der Whirlpool ist sehr groß. Spitze ist auch die Sommerküche. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal, da nur 5 Minuten von der Autobahnauffahrt entfernt. Das Haus war jetzt für die Winterzeit sehr gut geheizt und warm. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Alles in allem, war es Spitze und wir haben den Aufenthalt auch im Dezember sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer topmodernen Villa. Jedes der insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad en suite & es gab zusätzlich noch 2 weitere Toiletten und 1 Masterbad - toll. Der Pool samt Terrasse und Outdoorküche mit nochmal einer Toilette und kompletter Küche lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Eigentümerin hat uns herzlich und immer erreichbar empfangen - wir kommen 2024 wieder und freuen uns
