Modern terraced house "Villa Valero", 2 storeys, built in 2023. In the hamlet Strada Contessa 1 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (20 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 37 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 m, tennis 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Novigrad (Istra)

Novigrad (Istra) well-known, cosy, historical resort, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 22 km south from Umag, 80 km from Pula. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, folklore evenings. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Ist ein tolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, alles funktionierte reibungslos!! Einziges Manko ist das man unbedingt ein Fahrzeug braucht. Das erste Geschäft ist ca. ein halbe Stunde zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten ich empfehle es absolut weiter!!

Modernes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit nettem Besitzer Pro: Das Haus war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. \nGrill, Bügleisen, Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, WLAN - alles, was man braucht.\nDer Besitzer war stets mobil zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit.\nIch kann das Haus für 6 Personen empfehlen, da drei separate Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stehen.\nStrand und Innenstadt sind fußläufig.\n Contra: Mir persönlich fehlten Haken in den Bädern, an denen man Handtücher etc. aufhängen kann.\nDer Garten wirkte auf den Fotos etwas größer. Aber alles meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir waren die zweiten, die in diesem wunderschönem Ferienhaus Villa Valero Urlaub machen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr modern, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist mega und wird auch in der Dunkelheit beleuchtet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, man hat sogar einen seitlichen Meerblick. Der Vermieter R. war auch sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
