Štifanići 14 km from Poreč: Very beautiful villa "Ardiletta". In the centre of Štifanići 2 km from the centre of Baderna, in a quiet position, 16 km from the sea. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced) with beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 80 m, café 2 km, pebble beach 16 km, rocky beach 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.
