Upper floor: (steep stair) entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 27 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 4'200 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) round (5 m diameter, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 6.6 km, rocky beach 10 km. Marina 13 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Poreč/Kaštelir

Small village with 280 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the peninsula 8 km from the sea, in the countryside, 11 km north-east from Poreč, 64 km north from Pula, 42 km north from Rovinj. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 11 km, doctor 11 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 11 km. Access: motorway B8 Rijeka - Pula, exit number 3 "Rogovići" 35 km from Poreč/Kaštelir. Then road 48 Škropeti - Višnjan - Kaštelir.

Summer

Beach, 8 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 8 km from the resort. Rocky beach, 8 km from the resort. Sports harbour Marina Poreč in 13 km. Summer sports 13 km. Tennis, golf course in Umag 40 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes.

Innen hui außen naja Daniela W.

Apartment innen genau wie auf Fotos und wie beschrieben, absolut ok. Der Garten ist aber ungepflegt und der Pool unbenützbar. Musste wegen Hochwasser 3 Tage früher abreisen und habe bis zum geplanten Abreise Tag bezahlt. Hätte mir aber erwartet, dass mir für diese 3 Tage die Zahlung für meinen Hund zurück erstattet wird.

Der Pool wird alle paar Tage gereinigt, und die Pflege des Olivenhains musste aufgrund schlechten Wetters zunächst pausiert werden, sie wird nun aber wieder regelmäßig durchgeführt. Wir bedauern zu erfahren, dass Sie aus persönlichen Gründen früher abreisen mussten. Transparenz ist uns wichtig und wir bitten Sie, sich in Bezug auf etwaige Unklarheiten zu der Hundegebühr an unser hilfbereites Kundenserviceteam per customercare.de@interhome.group zu wenden.
