Terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

3-family house "Gordana". 2 km from the centre of Crikvenica, 150 m from the centre of Dramalj, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, pebble beach 500 m. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property.

Location Description Crikvenica

Crikvenica is one of the oldest summer resorts on the Mediterranean and a famous health resort with mild climate and luxurious evergreen vegetation. Cosy, family-friendly bathing resort with 7'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 30 - 35 km.

Sandy beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach, with beach facilities. Outdoor swimming pool. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing, rowing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

Because of its favourable climatic conditions, Crikvenica is an area with considerable resources and facilities for health tourism. Crikvenica is also beautiful in winter, particularly owing to the sumptuous Carnival celebrations held in January and February.

Apartmán je zcela zrekonstruovaný a tím pádem čistý, krásný, útulný a vzdušný, prostor pro 4 plně dostačuje. Majitelé byli vždy milí, usměvaví a vše vyřízeno k naší spokojenosti. V apartmánu jsme měli naprosté soukromí a krásným výhledem na moře. Byli jsme moc spokojení a můžeme vřele doporučit.

De appartement was schoon, hygiënisch en mooi ingericht. Alleen zou wel handig zijn als er een wasmachine geplaatst kon worden in de keuken ?. En een extra airco in de 2e slaapkamer?. Want 1 slaapkamer had wel een airco en de ander niet. De douche was goed ingericht maar wel krap vooral tijdens het douchen en als je wc wilde gebruiken. En misschien ijzeren houders in de douche voor shampoo en douchegel ipv plastic houders? De doucheput mag wel vaker gereinigd worden elke keer was het verstopt.

Schöne Aussicht. Netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert. Man kommt zu fuss überall hin. Die Buchten zum Baden sind sehr schön.
