Downstairs with living room, kitchen, fireplace, dining set for 4-6, two bedrooms, both with double beds (160 cm), a loft with a double bed and a separate bed for 1 (steep bed stairs to the loft). Sauna (electric stove), washroom/shower and separate toilet. Porch, covered terrace with garden furniture. Air heat pump for additional heating and cooling. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km. Ski slope 1.5 km, cross-country trail 100 m. Beach 0.2 km. The holiday apartment is in use on the day of arrival at 4 pm and handed over on the day of departure at 12 pm, also for weekend bookings. Pets allowed for an additional fee. Note pets allowed only downstairs. Max 2 pets, per booking.
