A modern villa on a wonderful plot in Päijänne lake scenery. The beautifully decorated five-bedroom house has spacious rooms. Two TV lounges, a large kitchen-dining room-living room combination. In addition, a utility room and a lobby. The shower and WC are both on the ground floor and the upper floor. The plot, 7000 m², is located completely in its own peace in the middle of a nice traditional landscape. The beach has its own pier and a rowing boat (+ life jackets). In the yard, an old-fashioned yard sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and running water. The sauna offers nice hot steams. There is access from the sauna to the swimming. From the garden sauna to the beach approx. 50 m. Jämsä 14 km, Himos 7 km, lake Päijänne 100 m, shallow beach, own pier and rowing boat. A private beach area that is shared with four neighbors. Spacious 220 m² wooden villa (built in 1995). Five bedrooms with 11 beds, all beds are normal beds. Spacious kitchen and dining area, fireplace in the living room, two WCs, instant-ready electric sauna stove in the sauna, laundry room, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the utility room.
