Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2023, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Heating. Balcony, south facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Dittishausen 45 km from Freiburg: Modern, beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Haus an der Sonne", 2 storeys. 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 250 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). The owner lives in the same residence.

850 m a.s.l. >>Family-friendly climatic health resort, in the southern part of the region, 5 km from Löffingen, 23 km from Titisee-Neustadt, 45 km from Freiburg. In the resort: restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre. Sights Rheinfall Schaffhausen 52 km, Europapark Rust 90 km, Zoo Tatzmania (Tier- und Freizeitpark, mit Indoorspielhalle) 3 km. Access: railway station "Löffingen" 5 km. Waldshut-Tiengen 48 km. Donaueschingen 15 km. Zürich 80 km. Kirnbergsee bathing lake (swimming, circular walk) 3 km. Excursions to Feldberg, Schluchsee, Gauchach and Wutach gorges, Titisee-Neustadt or Freiburg as well as to Switzerland or France. Europapark Rust is 85 km away. With the Konus guest card, which is included in the tourist tax, you can explore the Black Forest free of charge on all buses and trains of the participating transport associations. FREE USE of the outdoor pool (25 x 16 m) for our guests in summer. Use of the indoor pool (winter) for a fee and after online reservation. In Dittishausen, the "Trendle Beck" bakery delivers baked goods to your door every day (order the evening before by 8 p.m.). Free internet access in the Interhome office in Dittishausen (use of your own device possible). PLEASE NOTE: The rental of holiday homes and holiday apartments in Dittishausen is only permitted for tourist purposes. Corporate bookings only on request (confirmation required), as many owners do not want them.

Heated outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Waterpark "Aquari Hüfingen" in 24 km. Tennis (2 outdoor courts 5 km), golf course 18 hole in Donaueschingen 20 km. Riding. Summer tobbogan run, long 2.9 km in Todtnau 38 km. 60 km hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Leisure park "Europapark Rust" 90 km. Dittishausen has 3 children's playgrounds. Outdoor swimming pool with separate children's pool. Other water parks: "Badeparadies Schwarzwald" (9500 m2) with 16 slides and wellness oasis in Titisee-Neustadt, Aquasol Rottweil 40 km, TuWass Tuttlingen 45 km. Other golf courses: Freiburg (18 holes), Stühlingen (27 holes) in 20 km, Titisee (9 holes).

Winter

Toboggan run. Snowshoe hiking. SLEDGE RENTAL at the Interhome office in Dittishausen (EUR 2.00/day, while stocks last). Ski courses and alpine downhill runs on the Feldberg. Titisee-Neustadt is also home to one of the largest natural ski jumps in the world, with international competitions. 1 drag lift. 35 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 15 km. Further ski-regions: Feldbergregion at 30 km.

Schöne gemütliche FerienwohnungMaren H.

Die FeWo ist super schön eingerichtet und hat jegliche Ausstattungen, die man sich wünschen kann. Es ist genügend Platz für 6 Leute und die drei Schlafzimmer sind schön groß und sehr gemütlich mit schönem Ausblick. Der Vermieter gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und ist jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es war eine unkomplizierte Übergabe und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Dorf. Alles neu und modern gestaltet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es nur ein geschäftlicher Aufenthalt war, ist der nächste private Aufenthalt schon längst in der Planung.
