"Strandmuschel", 3-room apartment 56 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room 20 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 6 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, pizza oven). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only.

Apartment house "Sonnenschein". In the centre of Norddeich, from the sea, 500 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 300 m, café, bus stop 250 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry "Norddeich" 1.5 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 1.7 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 300 m.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren 3 Sterne -Erwartungen, nicht entsprochen. Spiegelschrank im Bad, war abgenutzt, die Toilettenbrille gelb verfärbt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche (u. zum Glück das eigenes Kopfkissen), haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Denn Matratzenschoner u. Bettzeug, waren ungewaschen und fleckig. Fehlende Trinkgläser, wurden 3 Tage später gebracht. Zu wenig Kleiderbügel. Dennoch, Wohnung, Einrichtung und Umgebung, entsprach den Ausführungen des Anbieters. Ruhig und schön zentral gelegen.

Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, aber wir vermissten eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer und einen Geschirrspüler in der Küche. Wir waren 3 Tage lang ohne Internet, aber das lag am Router, auf den wir keinen Zugriff hatten

Und die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral sie war sehr sauber und entspricht dem Standard einer Ferienwohnung. Der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke der Teich nicht weit entfernt. Zum Hafen sind es circa 1,5 km zu Fuß. Das Schwimmbad ist gleich um die Ecke also alles in allem sehr gut gelegen.

Ausstattung ganz okay, nur der Herd funktionierte teilweise nicht. Es fehlt ein Geschirrspüler in der Küche.

Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung ,alles sauber. Wlan funktionierte leider einen Tag nicht, zweimal vorgesprochen, erst dann wurde sich gekümmert. Kopfkissen in einem Bett könnte mal erneuert werden. Ausserdem ist die Couchgarnitur sehr weich. Ansonsten empfehlenwert ,auch durch die kurzen Wege zum Bäcker ,Schwimmbad oder der Touristeninformation.

Geräumige Zimmer, Bad und Küche eher klein aber funktional. Alles gepflegt. Die Lage ist top, 5 min zum Strand und nah an den Verkaufsstraßen. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten hinter dem Haus. Abwicklung über Interhome problemlos und einfach.

Insgesamt gute Wohnung.... mit Garten....... alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Super Lage .Zu Verbesserung, wäre ein Tabellt oder Servierwagen sehr gut. Küche und Essplatz liegt sehr voneinander. Alles sauber, alles was man braucht vorhanden.
