Das defekte Eingangstürschloss wurde noch am selben Tag repariert. Nicht funktionierende Glühbirnen an der Decke machen die Räume am Abend etwas dunkel, da nur die Bettlampe funktioniert. Eine funktionierende Duschkopfhalterung würde das duschen vereinfachen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und scharfe Messer wären auch vorteilhaft. Wenn ein paar Dinge saniert werden, ist es ein nette Unterkunft.

Danke für die Hinweise, die Glühbirnen wurden ausgetauscht. Der Duschhalter und die Halterungen werden ersetzt, weiter weisen wir darauf hin, dass die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert, und die Messer geschärft wurden (in der Küchenschublade befindet sich ein Messerschärfer). Bei unerwarteten Mängeln bitten wir unsere Gäste höflichst, dies direkt an das lokale Team, das gern assistiert, zu melden. Es ist uns wichtig, dass Sie einen bequemen Urlaub verbringen können. Über ein Wiedersehen in einer unserer Ferienunterkünfte würden wir uns freuen.

Good location.comfortable stay. Not providing towels is a serious discomfort. No international TV Availability of Interhome assistance is good BUT keyholders availability intermittent

We booked this property based on the online listing, being prepared for its limitation (e.g. no washing machine, no towels). We were pleasantly surprised how well the house was equipped (e.g. there was a washing machine in the house, and even some hand-towels). We arrived from three different countries for a three generation family reunion. It was a perfect place and setting to meet and spend quality time together. The property's website needs to be updated as it offers more as listed.
