For shared use: natural state property 3'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool kidney-shaped (10 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot (08.Apr. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 9 km, railway station "S. Miniato F." 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Vinci 20 km, San Gimignano 40 km, Lucca 50 km, Pisa 50 km. 150 m a.s.l. >>San Miniato is also known as "La Citta' delle XX Miglia" (20 miles town) because its central position from all the most important towns in Tuscany. It is situated on a hilltop of the Arno Valley, it has many historical monuments. From the fortress, built during the 13th century by order of Federico II, there is a lovely panoramic view of the valley. Small, historical, busy town with 25'000 inhabitants 50 km from the sea, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 45 km east from Pisa, 45 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Location idéalement située pour se rendre sur les différents spots de cette magnifique TOSCANE. Petite maison parfaite pour un couple. L'hôte est d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable.

Ideale Unterkunft für 2 Personen, die Ruhe und die ländliche Umgebung genießen möchten. Alles sehr sauber, im typisch toskanischen Stil. Der Pool inkl. Hochsitz mit fantastischer Aussicht (auf San Miniato) sind der Hammer. Technische Anlagen, wie Klimaanlage, heiß Wasserboiler und Gasherd funktionieren bestens! Ein schönes Fleckchen für erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Mit Tieren sind Elstern, Tauben, Katzen und Gekkos gemeint. ;-) alles harmlos ;-)

Wir waren 4 Tage Ende April in dieser Unterkunft. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt benötigt man noch die Heizung, was allerdings kein Problem war. Es kostet einfach extra(5 Euro am Tag). Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt! Alle Möbel sind von hoher Qualität, auch beim Pool findet man gemütliche Liegestühle und Sitzgelegenheiten. Nachteile: für grosse Menschen ist es auf der sehr Toilette eng. Und das WLAN war etwas instabil.

Fantastisch! Pro: Ik en mijn vriend hebben een fantastische week gehad hier! De accomodatie bevindt zich midden in het toscaanse heuvellandschap, tussen de wijngaarden, wat echt prachtig is. De locatie is ook goed, Lucca, Siena, Pisa en Florence zijn allemaal goed te bereiken met auto (of trein). Het huisje zelf is klein maar fijn en er is alles wat je nodig hebt. Contra: Het gebrek aan WiFi was minder en de eigenaresse spreekt geen Engels. Maar met handen en voeten kom je een heel eind en haar dochter spreekt wel Engels. Verder moet er rekening mee gehouden worden dat de accomodatie redelijk afgelegen is en dat een auto noodzakelijk is om naar supermarkt/restaurantjes/etc te gaan.
