Above San Michele di Pagana 2 km from the centre of Santa Margherita, 2.5 km from the centre of Rapallo, in an elevated position residential area (villas), 700 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (30 m2, depth 50 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio (20 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar, bus stop 700 m, railway station "Santa Margherita" 2.1 km, shingle beach 800 m (small). Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Portofino 7 km, Camogli 11 km. Please note: car recommended. Railway line 400 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern oder um sich Städte, wie Portofino oder Cinque Terre anzuschauen. Für einen Badeurlaub nicht geeignet. Sehr schmale Wege /Straßen und beschwerliche Anfahrt. Warmwasserversorgung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ständig schwankender Wasserdruck und stark schwankende Temperatur. Sauberkeit war solala

Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Es ist schön, dass Sie die großartige Lage unserer Unterkunft als idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Stadtbesichtigungen genießen konnten. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten mit der Warmwasserversorgung und der Sauberkeit erlebt haben. Leider traten die temporären Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck aufgrund von Straßenarbeiten auf, die mittlerweile behoben sind. Weiter wird sichergestellt, dass unsere Sauberkeitsstandards vollständig eingehalten werden. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie erneut begrüßen dürfen.

Die Abwicklung war total unkompliziert! Die Wohnung ist supergeräumig und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Traumhaft. Die Sauberkeit war i. O. Der Pool und Aussenanlage beim Pool sehr sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Zustand/Sauberkeit der Pergolasitzgelegenheit, welche leider nicht zum verweilen einlädt. Der Grill draußen war leider auch nicht sauber, dass wäre meiner Meinung nach aber Sache des jeweiligen Gastes, diesen nach Gebrauch zu reinigen, nur wenn es halt nicht gemacht wird, müsste man das halt auch der Reinigung in Auftrag geben. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer müssten mal einen neuen Überwurf bekommen oder ausgetauscht werden, der Zustand ist leider langsam zu sehr verbraucht. Aber ansonsten mega. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen, wenn das Angebot stimmt.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht von Rapallo. Pro: Aus dem Pool heraus hat man eine gute Aussicht auf die Bucht von Rapallo. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Super unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte über WhatsApp. Sie war pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. \nEin tolles Objekt zu einem fairen Preis für Ende Oktober. \nAm und im Objekt ist alles vorhanden, was man als Touri benötigt. Sogar ein Pizzaofen im Außenbereich und eine Außenküche sind vorhanden. \n

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, ein wunderschöner Ausblick, schöner großer Pool. Für einen individuellen Urlaub super geeignet, da wir auch gerne die tolle Grillstation genutzt haben.

Grosse Wohnung mit tollem Platzangebot. Schöne Aussicht auf Bucht von San Michele di Pagana. 10 Min zu Fuss zur Bucht, 20 Min nach Rapallo. Grosser Pool mit Sitzplatz. Leider durften wir Grill und Aussenkochstelle nicht benutzen wegen der Nachbarn. Grosse Küche, gut eingerichtet. Sekt- und Weingläser fehlten. Zudem fehlte ein Tisch auf der mit schöner Aussicht verwöhnten Terasse. Manola und ihre Kollegin machten super Arbeit: hilfsbereit, freundlich, zuvorkommend und erreichbar... Vielen Dank!!

Dejligt sted med fantastisk udsigt og rigtig god pool, som man deler med nabolejligheden. Rengøringen var ikke særlig god, der manglede køkkenudstyr, og brusekabinen var lille-bitte, og badekarrene var ikke velegnet til brusebad. Der manglede møbler til at man kunne sidde på altanerne.
