Property composed of main house and outbuilding 500 m from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, in the countryside, in a pedestrian area. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis. 25 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house.
