For shared use: garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (18 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 10 km, sandy beach "Terza Spiaggia" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Rotondo 12 km, Olbia 15 km, San Pantaleo 22 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.

Küche: Spülbecken lose nicht an der Kombination befestigt. Kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher, wie beschrieben. Reinigungsuntensilien: Defekter Besen, Wischmop zum feucht aufnehmen unbrauchbar. Korridor: Schrank schliesst nicht. Sitzplatz: bei Regen ist der ganze bereich voll Wasser. Fliesst nicht ab., weil der Boden falsches gefälle hatt. Mussten das Wasser mit dem defekten Besen hinaus wischen, um zu verhindern das es nicht in die Wohnung gelangte. Das an 3Tagen. Kein Wlan-Internet.

Nulla è come nelle foto.Prese elettriche non funzionanti, il divano letto è di quelli a brandina, i 4 fuochi non esistono bensì troverete una piastra mobile a induzione con due stalli, stoviglie mancanti. Avevamo chiesto un fornetto in sostituzione dei fuochi mancanti ma non ci hanno preso in considerazione. Abbiamo comprato tendina per cucina e altre cose per rendere l’alloggio degno e confortevole. Assistenza pessima! Al prezzo pagato si trovano soluzioni migliori. Sono anni che andiamo li’

Segnalato porta finestra con serratura rotta ,presa di corrente con frutto sfondato verso l' interno, flessibile doccia rotto, presenza di formiche massiccia e insetti rotondi, pulizia profonda mancante. Il manutentore è arrivato subito e ha riparato presa e doccia. Ha smontato la serratura constatando che era da sostituire e lo avrebbe fatto entro 2 giorni massimo. Peccato che 6 giorni dopo (quando siamo andati via) la serratura era ancora rotta. Appartamento a livello strada. Esperienza da non
