Private: natural state property, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. 300 m long very bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house.
