Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool with privacy, fenced (4 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Slide. Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Maison bien agencée située dans une impasse très calme et près du centre du vieux Javea. Accès par des rues assez étroites. L'extérieur est impeccable, le jardin magnifique. Odeurs de fuel par moment. La douche de la salle de bain du bas mériterait d'être refaite. Contraste de températures avec l'intérieur arrière de la maison (2 chambres) qui est climatisé et le devant (salon cuisine) qui ne l'est pas. Pas trop gênant quand on vit dehors. Je reviendrai facilement dans cette maison.

Gemütliches grosses Haus mit wunderschönem, gepflegtem Garten. Ruhige Gegend, tolle Lage in Dorfnähe (Auto von Vorteil). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (3 Erwachsene, 1 grosser Hund). Nur die Zufahrtsstrassen sind sehr schmal und steil und gleichen einer Offroadpiste. Trotzdem werden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Afin de justifier le prix appliqué, il me paraît nécessaire de procéder à une remise en état du liner de la piscine, du barbecue, installer une climatisation dans la 3ème chambre et étudier comment remédier aux odeurs de fuel arrivant sur la terrasse et minimiser la présence de moustiques.

La présence de moustiques à Jávea est hélas fréquente mais nous faisons au mieux afin de minimiser la gêne occasionnée. Belle maison, bien située, très proche du vieux Javea. Magnifique jardin et belle piscine. Excellent nettoyage de la maison, propreté irréprochable.

Unterkunft wie Beschrieben, aber leider auch in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir dieses Objekt zum dritten mal hatten fallen gewisse dinge auf. Kaputter Vorhang, kaputte Sonnenliege, nicht benutzbarer Grill da sehr alt und dreckig. Ein Haus dieser Klasse wäre auch eine Tischtennisplatte wenigstens zu erwarten. Schade das hier die fehlende Investition nicht getan werden. Die Gartenanlage ist einmalig und wunder schön.
