Old, small, simple house "Masirope". In the district of Castellans, in a quiet position, 5 km from the sea. Private: natural garden 2'000 m2 (fenced). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 2.9 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Petite maison très propre, juste à la sortie de Javea donc au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Bien équipée en tout. Avec un grand terrain (sans herbe mais comme toute la région). Le seul petit point négatif est que le mobilier de jardin commence à dater un peu. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Ein typisch Spanisches Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen auch hier und da Renovierungsbedürftig aber fast alles da was man braucht,wenn man mit 2 Sternen klar kommt. Mega Ausblick der Piniengarten groß und die Zirkaden eine Einschlafhilfe,das Bett war perfekt das Bad naja nichts schönes aber nutzbar.

We stayed in the house for 9 days in July and it was really lovely. It is in a really quiet neighbourhood just 5 min to the beach. The best thing was the garden (almost a forest) full of beautiful pine trees which gave a lot of shade and it was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. A lovely place if somebody seeks some quietness but also wants to be in short driving distance to the beach and Javae! I can really recommend the house :)
