5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. Rideaux de salle à manger à changer, micro ondes à revoir plus en état. Et avoir 1 accès internet pour ce logement. Tous ne l'ont pas.

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, facile d'accès et parking devant le bâtiment. La plage est à une 20aine de minutes à pied, mais cela permet d'être au calme malgré que l'on soit dans une ville animée. Ait conditionné dans l'appartement ce qui est bien car le soleil tape de ce côté une bonne partie de la journée. Il est juste désagréable de devoir vider un seau d'eau 2x/jour si on l'utilise.

Die Wohnung ist nett und auch platzmässig für 2 Personen bestens. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat ist der fehlende Sonnenstoren auf dem Balkon! Den Balkon konnte man erst abends einigermassen nutzen, da die Sonne fast den ganzen Tag auf den Balkon brannte. Normalerweise frühstücken wir sehr gerne draussen, mussten dieses aber immer in der Wohnung einnehmen.

El lugar, la limpieza y todo Perfecto. La piscina un poco triste, ya que casi no le da el sol, y la ubicación no muy comoda para ir a pie a los sitios, teniamos que depender 24/7 del coche.

Logement qui donne coté rue extérieur (pas du coté de la piscine) du coup, le calme a était apprécié.. Dommage le lit du haut (mezzanine) est trop étroit pour 1 ado de 14 ans et matelas pas confortable (manque d'épaisseur). Le regret, que la résidence n'ai pas 1 accès Internet Wifi directement inclus dans la prestation.
