In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
