Laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the basement. Located near the ski and cross-country ski trails. Free use of the parking garage of the Hotel Gstaaderhof directly next to the chalet (charging stations for electric cars available) For occupancy of up to 3 people (reduced price), only the ground floor is available. The door to the 1st floor remains locked. Important Note: The chalet is located next to a construction site (new neighbor chalet). During the day, there may be construction noise from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Ground floor: Living room with sofa, TV/radio, WiFi. Kitchen with dining area, dish-washer, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), raclette- et fondue-set, washing machine and tumble dryer. 1 bedroom with king-size-bed (160x200cm) and a piano. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200cm). 1 bath/toilet. 1st floor: Gallery with table and chairs. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm). 1 bedroom with king-size bed (120x200cm). Small stairs from ground to 1st floor. 1 toilet/shower. Baby cot (80x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available. Important note: by occupancy with up to 3 persons (lower price) there is only the ground floor at your disposal. The door to the 1st floor will be locked. INCLUDED: tourist tax, electricity, heating, garage, parking space, water, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, high chair for children, bed, kitchen and bathroom linens (initial supply) as well as final cleaning. EXCLUDED: for pets (allowed upon prior arrangement) we charge CHF 15 per night and pet. Payment upon key handover.
