Outside the resort, in the district Malcantone, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, 100 m from the river, in the woods. For shared use: natural state property. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 150 m, bar, bakery 200 m, café, bus stop "Potauto 421 (Ponte Tresa - Luino" 400 m, railway station "Ponte Tresa" 5.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m, indoor swimming pool. Walking paths from the house 1 m. Nearby attractions: Chocolat Alprose, Caslano 9.9 km, Mercato Luino IT 5.6 km, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT 7.6 km, Swiss Miniatur, Melide 21.5 km. They vary from pretty little villages near the lake to the larger one on top of the hill: Malcantone. Very fascinating region with a wide choice for your holiday: lake, lovely hilly landscape, mountains up to 1600 m high. Worth a visit to Monte Lema with the cable car as far as Miglieglia. Malcantone is a well kept secret holiday resort. In the resort: shops, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 8 - 15 km. Excursions to Luino and Ponte Tresa.

Der verregnete Marroniwald im Herbst hat eine ganz eigene, idyllische Schönheit! Die Wärme des Kaminfeuers verströmt eine wohltuende Behaglichkeit in dem stilvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Häuschen. Besonders schön ist, dass bei den Renovationen der ursprüngliche Charme beibehalten wurde. Besonders morgens, wenn man mit einer Tasse Kaffe am Tisch sitzt und durch die Baumwipfel den Nebelschwaden zuschaut, die wie Elfen von der Tresa aufsteigen - ein magische Moment der Morgenstille

Auch wenn das Haus von aussen eher klein scheinen mag, das Innere ist bestens eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Wir Erwachsenen sowie unsere vier Kinder waren sehr wohl, konnten uns erholen und wären wohl auch noch eine Woche länger geblieben. :-) Alles ist sehr gepflegt, durchdacht und mit Stil eingerichtet. Wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. Wie im Beschrieb erwähnt: Einzig die Treppe vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist für kleine Kinder und evtl. ältere Menschen erschwert zu begehen.

Die Unterkunft ist zum erholen perfekt gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Küche beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die Verwalterin Frau B. K. ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt die Mieter vorbildlich.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da und hatten trotz Regenwetter sehr schöne Ferien. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Mit dem Pelletsofen war es sofort warm und gemütlich. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Bosco della Bella war super. Die Ankunft, Abreise und Schlüsselübergabe haben problemlos funktioniert. Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Alles war sauber und modern. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich an einer ruhigen Lage im Grünen und Luino ist innert kürzesten Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
