Shower/WC. Large balcony 20 m2, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 2, height 190 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift.

For shared use: natural state property 1'273 m2. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Motor access (ramp). Single garage. Shop 1.7 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Vermala Centre" 200 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 2.1 km, lake Grenon 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km, skisport facilities 1.1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Etang Long 2.9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Die Wohnung verspricht was ausgeschrieben ist. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Einzig wenn es schneit bleibt der Schnee auf dem oberen Balkon liegen und dann tropft es runter und man kann nicht mehr auf dem Balkon sitzen, das ist sehr schade.

Point très négatif : Nous avons dû attendre 1h45 dans le froid (il gelait) avant que la femme de ménage nous apporte la clef d'entrée (elle l'avait emportée chez elle au lieu de la laisser dans le boîtier comme convenu) !

- very spacious and sunny apartment - view on the mountains - well equipped kitchen - calm environment, but still close to the center (a bus stop nearby) - a bit pricey - the garage is very short (I believe around 4,5 m of length)

Bel appartement, bien situé et très agréable à vivre avec une magnifique vue. La cuisine est remarquablement équipée. Quelques points de détail toutefois : Nous avons dû aspirer le premier jour, car nos habits étaient couverts de poils de chiens. Le mélangeur n'est pas adapté à la cabine de douche (surtout pour un grand gabarit masculin). Changer de mélangeur n'est ni très cher, ni très compliqué. Prévoir parfois un nettoyage en profondeur dans les recoins et objets poussiéreux.
