Les Landes - Climate

Les Landes has a maritime climate and is thus characterized by warm summers and mild winters. In winter, it rarely gets colder than 5 degrees, and in summer, it rarely gets warmer than 30 degrees. For a beach holiday on the Atlantic coast, the peak summer from mid-July to mid-September is best suited. For hiking in the endless forests, spring from April/May and autumn in October and partly still in November are ideal. This way, you can enjoy the blossoming or wilting nature in the forest. Due to the mild summers, a beach and hiking holiday can also be combined.
