Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). No heating option. Balcony. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Semi-detached house "Ada", 2 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Poreč, in the residential district, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced). In the house: internet access. Public car park. Grocery, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 34 km, rocky beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: aquapark 3 km.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Sehr nette Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit. Ruhige und zentrale Lage.

Vermieter als Ansprechpartner nur am Anreisetag erreichbar. Ansich eine nette Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln, wie defekter Zweisitzer im unteren Wohnbereich. Terrassenmöbel defekt u. abgegewohnt. Markise defekt! Für längerem Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine empfehlenswert, leider nicht vorhanden. Das Waschbecken im Bad wackelte, Fuss darunter war nicht befestigt. Da diese Wohnung mit Hund zu mieten ist ist ein Staubsauger für Polsterreinigung sinnvoll. Ruhig weil ausserhalb der Saison.

Danke für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid, dass einige Dinge nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand waren. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar, falls es ein Anliegen gibt. Das Sofa wurde bereits ersetzt, ebenso wie andere Möbelstücke. Wir möchten auch darauf hinweisen, dass der Staubsauger für die Polsterreinigung immer vor Ort war. Bei zukünftigen Anliegen oder Wünschen können Sie sich gerne jederzeit direkt an die Vermieterin oder unsere 24h Hotline wenden.

Die Wohnung war soweit ok. Sauber und geräumig genug. Klimaanlage ist sowohl zum Kühlen als auch zum Heizen geeignet. Die Betten waren sehr gut und bequem. Einige Kleinigkeiten waren leider nicht in Ordnung: Waschbecken lose, WLAN nur rudimentär da der Repeater nicht funktionierte. Couch etwas baufällig.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen die Wohnung insgesamt gefallen hat. Wir haben bereits einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen, wie den Austausch des Sofas und des Sessels im Wohnzimmer, sowie die Installation eines neuen Tisches und Stühlen in der Küche und auf der Terrasse. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer wurde ebenfalls erneuert. Bezüglich des WLANs: Die Qualität kann leider je nach Anbieter variieren. Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.

Die Unterkunft war OK. WLAN Repeater hatte zwar keinen Empfang aber das Vermieter WLAN kam grade noch so an. Die Einrichtung war der Preisklasse entsprechend, zum ende der Saison ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht mehr top, aber soweit ok. Zum Strand perfekte Entfernung Nach Porec in die Stadt auch nah genug für 'nen Abendspaziergang. Und direkt nebenan ein wirklich gutes Lokal mit regionalen Gerichten.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft liegt in eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend unweit von der Strandpromenade und Altstadt .

Gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung. Leider kommt die Klimaanlage nicht bis ins OG in den Schlafbereich. Ausserdem fehlen Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern.

Es ist eine nette Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse. Sie ist funktional eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Strand , Altstadt und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony domek. Ładnie urządzone pokoje. Czysty i zadbany. Co roku jeździmy do Chorwacji i pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tak porządnie wysprzątanym domem. Gospodarze mili, mieszkają w domu obok, mają osobne wejście także zarówno oni jak i wynajmujący nie "przeszkadzają" sobie wzajemnie. Do plaży znacznie bliżej niż jest to opisane w ofercie - 5/10 min spacerkiem. Lokalizacja naprawdę genialna.

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, umzäuntes abgeschlossenes Grundstück und sehr freundliche, Tierliebe Vermieter (Vermieter verkauft ein Prima selbsterzeugtes Olivenöl zu einem guten Preis*****). Im Nachbarhaus ein sehr gutes Preiswertes Restaurant mit sehr netter Bedienung*****. Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 1500 m, zum Strand etwa 800 m. Ein guter Ort zum Relaxen.

Ubytování je velmi malé. Koupelna je tak maličká, že do sprchového koutu se dostanete překročením WC. Nebyly zde ani čisté ručníky a ani jedna náhradní rolička toaletního papíru. Pozor! Klimatizace je jen dole v obývacím pokoji a nedosahuje do malých pokojíčků nahoře. Strašné vedro, nedalo se vůbec spát!Na terase se dalo posedět až za tmy, celý den zde peče slunce a látková markíza moc nechrání. K moři se jde cca 10 min z kopce dolů. Vše naštěstí vynahradilo nádherné moře a pěkné pláže.
