Apartment block "Romantica". 1.3 km from the centre of Rovinj, on the outskirts, 35 km from the centre of Poreč, 35 km from the centre of Pula, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, garden furniture. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, supermarket 700 m, bus stop 1.6 km, pebble beach 400 m. Marina 1.3 km.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Sehr veralterte kleine Wohnung, Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Sehr alte Handtücher, Dusche konnte nicht aufgehängt werden, nur Wischmopp für Reinigung vorhanden, keine Ablage bzw Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, ein Kasten im Schlafzimmer, jedoch keine Fächer. War schon sehr oft in Kroatien in Appartements, hatte jedoch noch nie so eine schlechte Qualität.

Résidence très bien située près de la plage de Cuvi beach, jolie piscine, résidence très propre et très accueillante. Bouteille de vin de bienvenue. Et Rovinj est magnifique.

Zudem möchten wir klarstellen, dass in der Beschreibung unserer Wohnung keine Waschmaschine erwähnt wird. Bezüglich des Duschwassers, so wurde auch diesbezüglich sichergestellt, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Wir bedauern, dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts keine Beschwerden geäußert haben, denn der Vermieter war vor Ort und hätte gerne jegliche Probleme umgehend behoben. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Der Boden beim Küchenbereich war klebrig bei der Ankunft und die Liegen beim Pool desolat und kaputt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Das Haus ist von außen schön anschaut, Besitzerin ist ganz nette Dame. Bad und Waschbecken sind schrecklich, gibts kein hacken oder Stange für die Tücher, kein kleines Regal für duschgel, Waschbecken ist so klein dass man kann nur Hände waschen aber nicht mal Gesicht. Wlan ist zu langsam und immer abgebrochen wird. Pro: Schöne Lage und das Haus von außen ist schön. Contra: Bad ,Klo,Waschbecken.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sind der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Haben einen Tips gegeben wie wo am besten hinkommt z.b. in die Altstadt von Rovinj.

Wir hatten hier ein traumhaften Urlaub. Die Gastgeber*in sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber, auch wenn teilweise nicht auf den neusten Stand. Wir haben uns trotzdem pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Pool bot nach einem Tagesausflug immer eine Abkühlung und Erfrischung. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-10 min zu erreichen. Klare weiterempfehlung. Wir würden wiederkommen.
