Location Description Skagen

Well-known, busy bathing resort with 8'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Frederikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Grenen 4 km, Skagen Odde Naturcenter 4 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km long, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Minigolf 2 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. In north-western Jutland, all the way from Skagen in the north to Agger in the south you can experience some of the finest, whitest and broadest sandy beaches in Northern Europe. Small, picturesque holiday towns are situated all the way along the coast. Some places it is still possible to watch the fishermen as they drag their boats up on the beach, as it has been done for hundreds of years. At Grenen, the northernmost point of Denmark, you can place each of your feet in different oceans, The Skagerak and the Kattegat. Anywhere along the coast you can enjoy some of the most scenic sunsets over the North Sea.

Vi havde et dejligt weekendophold. Huset synede mere rummeligt på billederne, men fungerede ok for 10 voksne.

Huset fungerte som forventet for 10 personer, alle var fornøyde med sengeplass og fasiliteter. Huset ligger i god avstand til sentrum og hvor man skal besøke steder for innkjøp for oppholdet. Manglet noen lyspærer enkelte steder, persienner på bad var delvis ødelagte ved ankomst, fungerte nedrullet. Vandhane på kjøkken bør ettersees, repareres. Samlet meget fornøyde med hus og opphold!

Greit hus, rent og pent. Savnet noe mer vinglass. Bilder lyver litt og vi trodde stue og spiseplass var litt mer romslig. Stor og flott tomt. Bra med utemøbler.
