Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm) with shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Small terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). At the house. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house at 20 m. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m. Nearby attractions: L'Isle sur la Sorgue 62 km, Avignon 66 km, Vaison la Romaine 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
