Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Appartement très calme, partiellement rénové avec très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. Malheureusement la société de ménage n'est pas à la hauteur et la cuisine et ses équipements sont très sales, limite repoussants.

We got in touch to book an extended stay (6 weeks) ideal location and very quiet. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was a little dated but had everything we needed.

Positif : l’appartement est très bien situé avec un grand balcon et une vue superbe sur le Mont Blanc tout près du centre-ville de Chamonix. Négatif : les rideaux de la chambre ont besoin d’être nettoyés. La peinture de la salle de bain est en mauvaise état. Cela donne l’impression que l’appartement n’est pas très propre. Les parties communes de la résidence sont sales.

Nous avons trouvé cette location très bien et, au calme. Très beau paysage depuis le balcon, logement propre et fonctionnel. Cuisine complète. Point négatif : le crépît qui s’effrite dans la salle de bain ça ne fait pas très propre. 2 petites tables de nuit un peu cassé rien de grave. Une poêle revêtement qui s’effritait. L’agence très réactive lors de l’état des lieux, le monsieur très aimable et professionnel a pris le temps de passer changer une ampoule. Peut être un peu cher

quoiqu'un peu loin du centre , cette appartement est très calme , bien exposé , fonctionnel et apaisant . Simple petit bémol c'est de ne pas avoir accès au local vélo et les plaques électriques d'une autre époque .

Apartamento muy cómodo, perfecta ubicación, estaba muy limpio y todo con interhome son facilidades y sencillez. Un poco elevado el precio para el tipo de apartamento pero en Agosto ya se sabe que los precios son más elevados. Estuvimos genial y salvo el no tener lavadora (algo muy habitual en Francia) por lo demás genial.
