Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: large gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). South facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 440. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the residence but with regard to the ski runs, it is on the 4th. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). 73257003413WF

Grocery, shopping centre 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop " ARRET les fontanettes" 500 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 200 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 50 m, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallées. Please note: no lift. The photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Winter

Ski-region Les 3 Vallées, total of 200 lifts. 328 ski runs, 71 ski runs in the resort (40 % easy, 45 % intermediate, 15 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus. In Winter: please take snow chains. Snow shoe walks, snow scooter. 315 snow cannons which can increase snow coverage if required. A free bus system links all the districts in the winter season. Interhome guests enjoy discounts on ski and snowboard hire and also on ski passes at certain times. Planned closure for the resort : 25/04/2010.

Les + : Appart bien placé entre les Bruyères et la Croisette, qui se font à pied en 10 / 15 mn (en montée à l'aller). Départ et retour skis aux pieds (piste Fontanette). Trouvé une place pour se garer en vac sco de février. Parking trop petit. Bien chauffé. Accepte les petits animaux. Les - : Lits superposés étroits, matelas env 70 x 190 cm. Pour jeunes enfants. Selon nous, trop petit pour 6 personnes. Sommier du lit mezzanine qui grince. Escalier qui monte à la mezzanine étroit et pentu.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet appartement du 18 au 25 décembre 2021. Nous y avons passé un séjour de rêve, météo magnifique et appartement très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien! Balcon exposé plein sud, vue sur pistes, environnement calme, pas eu de nuisance du voisinage. Ski bus le matin à 8h30 pour etre à l'heure à l'ESF Croisette sinon, accès direct à la piste muni du forfait! Idéal! Coquette rénovation de l'appartement, très appreciée! A noter: escalier très raide pour l'accès au lit double

Balcon plein Sud avec une vue dégagée. Équipement complet (avec l’indispensable appareil à raclette... en parfait état!). Rénovation coquette. Mais l’atout majeur de cet appartement est sa localisation au pied des pistes: aucun portage de matériel. C’etait notre critère premier de sélection et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Le petit plus inattendu dans un immeuble ancien : aucune nuisance sonore du voisinage.
