Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. appartement equiped with a ski local.

THE PARKINGS ARE OBLIGATORY AND PAYANTS DURING THE EVERY SEASON OF HIVER ON THE SITE: https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings ski-region Tignes & Val D'Isère. 2 mountain lifts, 3 cableways, 5 cable cabins, 45 chair lifts, 41 drag lifts. 156 ski runs, total length 300 km (15 % easy, 42 % intermediate, 43 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan runs. Sports centre. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Sainte Foy en Tarentaise at 20 km, Les Arcs at 40 km, La Rosière at 30 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Appartement spacieux, sauf pour les douches vraiment petites... comme signalé par d'autres, pas mal de petites choses non réglées (ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas, douche défixé, poignets de porte idem...) du bruit côté salon mais chambres au calme... 1 seul ascenceur, petit, pas très pratique.

L appartement est tres bien situé dans la station et très bien agencé, on a de l espace à 6. Si vous venez à 8, attention à prévoir bouchons d oreille pour les 2 personnes qui dormiront dans le salon (situé côté rue, bars et discotheque juste en bas). Le bémol est sur le manque d entretien: il y avait plusieurs petits dysfonctionnements qui peuvent facilement être vus et résolus s ils étaient suivis

We had amazing skiing and as a family of 4 were very comfortable in this apartment. Location is good, with enough snow you can ski back and only a short walk to lifts in the morning. 3 entrances to building are difficult to find. Car parking in Tignes is expensive - we prebooked parking and with vehicle number recognition and arriving early it worked well. Kitchen equipment is fairly good, needs a medium saucepan, bathrooms OK, boot dryer amazing. Pls see upgrade suggestions below.
