Gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

- les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à l'aménagement : table et canapé-lit inversé dans la pièce principale. - Le canapé-lit n'est plus un clic-clac mais un lit simple avec des vieux coussins. - Sur la mezzanine, le matelas est + grand que le sommier ! - literie (couette, oreillers) très douteuse (heureusement que nous avions nos sacs de couchage) - il y a un (petit) lave vaisselle (seule bonne surprise) - rapport qualité/prix très médiocre - immeuble bien situé

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Le canapé-lit a été cassé juste avant votre arrivée et nous avons dû en mettre un lit de manière temporaire. Un nouveau canapé-lit sera prochainement installé et nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée. Quant à la mezzanine, le matelas a les bonnes dimensions.

L'appartement a le potentiel d'être vraiment top (pour 2 personnes max) : aménagement, équipements, localisation, décoration agréable. Par contre, le lit était cassé et l'appartement horriblement sale à notre arrivée (canette de bière qui traine, bouteille de vodka vide à côté du lit, nourriture et miettes dans les coins, cuvette brunâtre,...) et il y a du moisi dans le coin du 3ème lit en haut :-( Avec un grand nettoyage et quelques réparations, idéal pour un couple mais pas pour plus de 2 pers

I believe this property needs an overhaul. The mattress on the platform bed was very thin and the mattress protector was dirty. The Interhome policy of just leaving guests to make up the beds themselves isn't particularly welcoming. I also think the quality of the linen and towels is fairly poor. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights but I stayed for 1.
