Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Beach chair in the garden.

Location Description Norden

Well-known town 3 km from the sea, 30 km from Aurich, 35 km from Emden, 56 km from Leer. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium at 3 km. Wilhelmshaven 72 km. Oldenburg 95 km. Bremerhaven 121 km. Excursions to Norddeich (3 km) with sandy beach and seal breeding station, to the islands of Juist and Norderney or to Emden and Aurich. All year round, it is also possible to explore the whole of East Frisia by holiday bus for only EUR 1.00/person/way. Particularly recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" in Norddeich with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums and various restaurants.

War sehr schöne 10 Tage. Das Haus war sehr schön und komfortabel. Nur die Treppe ist leider nicht so gut für ältere Leute!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit zufriedenstellende Ausstattung und tollem Garten. Für Kleinkinder ist die Unterkunft und auch die Gestaltung es Gartens nicht unbedingt geeignet . Für Urlaub mit Freunden oder älteren Kindern ein tolles Ferienhaus!

Zeer grote, mooie schone woning in rustige omgeving van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijke grote zonnige tuin. En met regen onder de veranda. Vanaf deze locatie heerlijk fietsen en met de pont vanuit Norden naar de Waddeneilanden.

Wir waren zu sechst in dem Ferienhaus . Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten war schön angelegt. Man konnte dort schön sitzen und seine Ruhe genießen. (ruhige Wohngegend) Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir basics wie Schneidbrett, Pfannenwender, Soßenkelle und Schneebesen vermisst...haben uns aber auch so weiterhelfen können...

Bis auf eins zwei Sachen war es Zufriedenstellend. Pro: Sauberkeit. Gute Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Außengelände war gepflegt. Guter Gesamtzustand des Ferienhauses. Contra: Heizung (vermutlich Gastherme) war auf Minimum eingestellt so das die Heizkörper nicht richtig Heiß wurden. Irgendein Brummen kam auch ab und zu aus den Raum der abgeschlossen war, das war Nachts etwas nervig. Wäre kein Kamin vorhanden gewesen wäre das schlecht gewesen schon zwecks den Kindern. Mehr Freundlichkeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe würde auch nicht schaden. Matratzen waren nicht so gut für mein Rücken.
