Location Description Ameglia

Ameglia is situated on an inlet on the Omonimo river, which flows into the sea at La Spezia. Sarzana (railway station) 8 km, La Spezia 18 km. From Ameglia there is a beautiful view of the Apuane Alps and the Plain of Lunie, where there are ruins of the ancient Roman city. Lido at Bocca di Magra near La Spezia, boat hire, water skiing.

Seh unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Unterkunft ist genau so wie in der Beschreibung, mit netten Garten und zur alleinigen Nutzung.

Hübsche Ferienwohaus 2-Stöckig). Einfach, aber sauber und super nettes Rentner-Paar das direkt (und diskret) direkt gegenüber wohnt. Sprechen Deutsch (Schweiz) und bemühen sich um alles direkt. Sehr unkompliziert und geben auch hilfreiche Tipps. :) TV & WiFi vorhanden ;-) Der Preis ist fein und gerechtferigt. Lage verlangt nach eigener Mobilität (Auto) liegt aber nicht schlecht. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge zum Wandern und Rennrad fahren. 5 Terre mit Zug aus nächsten Ort gut erreichbar.

Das Haus ist schön groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Top sind der eingezäunte Garten und die Waschmaschine. Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken. Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Einen schönen großen, freien Strand findet man nach nur 7 Min. Fahrt in Sarzana, mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Haus befindet sich in Ameglia, nicht direkt in Bocca di Magra. Zu Fuß braucht man bis zur Promenade von Bocca die Magra ca. 15 Minuten.

Haus ist schön groß und da es von Bäumen umgeben ist, ist die Temperatur auch im Haus gut erträglich. Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu renovieren. Wir, 3 erwachsene und 1 Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bonne accueil et visite faite par le propriétaire Cadre calme, propre, charmant, très bien situé de la mer et des activités. Les chiens sont acceptés et choyés. Un très grand merci pour cet accueil.

Die Ausstattung war okay, mehr Müsli-/Dessertschalen wären super. Vermisst haben wir einen kleinen Tisch bzw. Stühle auf dem Balkon. Der Ort Ameglia ist eher ruhig und bescheiden.

Huis is eenvoudig ingericht en hier en daar mag wel wat gerepareerd en vernieuwd worden. Wij hebben dit huis gehuurd omdat we onze labrador mee op vakantie hebben genomen en dan is het wel een ideaal huis. De tuin is rondom afgesloten zodat onze hond lekker los kon lopen.

Location grande, calme et propre avec acces au jardin. Il manque une petit touche de decoration pour rendre la piece principale accueilllante et avoir un avis excellent. Pas de wifi et une connexion internet qui fonctionne qu'a l exterieure ou dans les chambres.
