Comfortable country house "Guarda Valle", 300 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 5 km from the centre of Umbertide, outside the resort Niccone, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 30 km from the lake. Private: property 3 ha. Garden furniture, barbecue. 1 km long narrow motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2 km, railway station 5 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Città di Castello 22 km, Cortona 31 km, Passignano sul Trasimeno 30 km, Perugia 35 km, Gubbio 36 km, Assisi. Please note: car recommended.
