Small, beautiful house "Djursvik". 4 km from the centre of Söderåkra, 10 km from the centre of Torsås, 40 km from the centre of Kalmar, 100 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 40 km, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Kalmar" 40 km, ferry "Göteborg" 270 km, sandy beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Fishing possibilities 150 m. No more canadian canoe in 2023. Canoe rental in about 200 m.

das Haus in die Jahre gekommen aber alles da was man braucht, super die verglaste Veranda, mit Fahrrädern ist man gut beraten und fährt herrlich an der Küste lang, der Vermieter sehr nett

Gut ausgestattet Ferienhaus für zwei Personen. Es liegt in einer Ferienhausgegend. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier richtig. Das Ufer der Ostsee liegt ca. 150 m entfernt. Alte Eichen und Felder geben eine schönes Umfeld. Sehenswert ist ein nahe gelegene Naturreservat. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen.

Es ist ein reines Sommerhaus. Zur Ostseekante sind es ca 150 m. Pro: Das Haus ist für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das naturbelassene Grundstück liegt in einer Ferienhausgegend. Es ist sehr ruhig. Hervorragend war die geschlossene Terrasse, die nach allen Seiten geöffnet werden kann. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht zur Erholung.\n\n

Wir verbrachten dort eine Woche bei wechselhaftem Sommerwetter. Der Vorbau hat sich dabei sehr gut bewährt und war mit ausschlaggebend für die Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war passend! Sauber, schöne, ruhige Lage, nettes Örtchen, freundliche Besitzer.
