Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 23 m2, ceiling height 230 - 420 cm with cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery 25 m2, without wardrobe with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Shop 400 m, supermarket 350 m, shopping centre 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery, pedestrian zone 400 m, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.4 km, railway station "Wengen" 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 400 m. Tennis, cable car, mountain railway, gondola lift, skisport facilities 400 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental, children's ski school, ice rink 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jungfrauregion. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Suitable for families. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.

In the resort: shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, night club, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: doctor. Sights Männlichen, Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Trümmelbachfälle, Schynige Platte, Harder, First. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by railway. The journey is made by rack railway (extra) from Lauterbrunnen. Parking spaces available at the train station.

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Minigolf. Paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Jungfrau-Top Ski Region, total of 43 lifts. Total 213 km ski runs (30 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 20 % difficult), snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Winter walking paths 50 km. 4 toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, curling. Free parking space for skis and ski boots at Central Sport.

alles is aanwezig, prima woning voor gezinnen met kinderen, meerdere volwassenen lijkt mij erg krap worden.. fijne locatie lekker zonnetje op balkon! goede service van interhome, we konden 's morgens al in de woning! Hierdoor een heerlijke eerste volle dag kunnen genieten!

The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The space is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is spot on - it looks like you are in a hunting hut. The view from the balcony is stunning. The location is good too - 5 minutes from the train station at fast pace. If you are travelling with older people i will recommend that you arrange some transportation to the property. It`s not very steep, but it may be a problem for some people. Overall - very good base for exploring the region

This apartment is not bad if without luggage and strong enough to walk 10 minutes up the slope everyday Lighting is too dimm and TV is small(maybe on 20").Ensure utilize your toilet roll effectively due to limited supply The only best about this apartment is the shower is hot and strong pressure

Das Chalet Biwak ist eine einfach eingerichtete, aber sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns immer sehr wohl fühlen. Sie ist von der Piste (Abfahrtspiste Dorf) aus via ein Strässchen gut erreichbar. Ebenso ist man zu Fuss in ca. 5-10min. im Dorf (Bahnhof, Coop usw.). Das Chalet ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien.

Weekje gewandeld in de bergen, met Biwak als thuis basis. Gezellig ingericht appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Prima ingerichte keuken met alle apparatuur die je nodig hebt. Bedden zijn heerlijk en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is betoverend.

Das Biwak liegt nahe vom Dorfzentrum und Bahnhof und ist von der Piste gut erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und hatten genügend Platz für alle (5 Personen). Dank der sehr ruhigen Lage konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas eng. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände und Installationen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
