Shower/WC. Boiler. Wooden floors. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years. Non-smokers only.

2-family house "Lauber", 3 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the centre of Wengen, in a central, busy position. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Shop, grocery 10 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 10 m, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.1 km, railway station "Wengen" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 30 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Stairs narrow, spiral. Arrival is only possible with the train from Lauterbrunnen (14min journey).

1'274 m a.s.l. >>Famous, idyllic, car-free holiday resort with 1'300 inhabitants, on top of a hill, situated at the foot of a mountain, on a plateau with beautiful view, 12 km from Interlaken, 15 km from Grindelwald. In the resort: shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, night club, cinema. Wellness centre. Besides: doctor. Sights Männlichen, Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Trümmelbachfälle, Schynige Platte, Harder, First. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by railway. The journey is made by rack railway (extra) from Lauterbrunnen. Parking spaces available at the train station.

Heated outdoor swimming pool. Tennis (2 outdoor courts). Minigolf. Paragliding. Mountain lifts, cableways, hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing, children's hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Ski-region Jungfrau-Top Ski Region, total of 43 lifts. Total 213 km ski runs (30 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 20 % difficult), snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. Winter walking paths 50 km. 4 toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink, curling. This apartment had everything that me and my husband could have asked for. Very central for both cable car and train station and shops. I would stay here again for a skiing or hiking holiday.

enjoyed staying here, good location. everything needed was there. plenty of space. kitchen had everything. nice big fridge/freezer. bathroom fine, but careful in the shower as is doesn't have a non-slip tray (i'm in my mid-60s and not so mobile as i was!). some cleaning implements may be useful - small vacuum or even dustpan and brush for the kitchen and a mop for the bathroom floor. the slippers for the floor were a nice touch. consider the stairs carefully if physically impaired.

Optimal gelegen: sehr zentral zur Gondel/Bahn, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Sehr einfache / bequeme Einlagerung der Skier / Ski-Schuhe (direkt gegenüber), was das Schleppen erspart. Das Appartement ist in einem tollen alten Wengener Haus - alte, tiefe Fenster / Balkon und sehr schöner Wohnungs-Schnitt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Zusammenfassend: ideal um einfach eine schöne Zeit in Wengen zu erleben.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Guter Einrichtungsstand. Sehr steile Treppe zur Ferienwohnung; nicht für gehbehinderte Personen geeignet. In der Küche eine kleine Pfanne mit Deckel + ein Brotmesser wünschenswert. Nur 2 Wassergläser vorhanden. 2 zusätzliche Kopfkissen wünschenswert.
