2-room apartment 45 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2012, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living room with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

Comfortable apartment block "Hegglistrasse 9", 4 storeys, built in 1999. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km. Skisport facilities 25 km. Nearby attractions: Luzern 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Engelberg 25 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Location Description Ennetbürgen

Resort directly by the lake, in the countryside, 20 km south-east from Luzern. All shops, restaurants etc. in Buochs, 5 km. In the resort: grocery, restaurant. Access: motorway A2 Luzern - Gotthard, exit number 33 "Stans Süd" 5 km from Ennetbürgen. Access by train Luzern - Engelberg. Railway station "Stans" 5 km.

Summer

Bathing lake, 500 m from the resort. Outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Cableways, 5 km, hiking paths. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Engelberg 20 km, from 1'040 m. Mountain lifts, cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 82 km ski runs. Ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Ice rink, curling. Further ski-regions: Klewenalp at 5 km.

Das Haus bzw. die FeWo ist in einem guten Zustand und mehr oder weniger schlicht gehalten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet 2 Personen ausreichend Platz und Freiraum. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die sehr kleine und beengte Küche mit angrenzendem Essplatz ohne Ausblick ins Freie. Gerade wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt und der Balkon nicht genutzt werden kann. Das Tafelgeschirr könnte man mal austauschen, da schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Es war "GUT"

Eine sehr schöne FeWo in toller Lage und mit megaaa Aussicht. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad ein Fliegengitter/Netz das fehlte ein wenig um Nachts im Sommer mit ruhigen Gewissen lüften zu können. Sonst gern wieder dorthin.

bonne situation géographique, malheureusement l'appartement n'était pas propre. Frigo vraiment sale, lave-vaisselle pas vidé, ustensiles de cuisines et casseroles vieux et en mauvais état, four sale et gras, odeur de chien dans le logement alors que c'est un logement sans animaux, canapé du salon en très mauvais état, carrelage cassé dans le couloir et donc infiltration de fourmis en grande quantité. une chose est sûre, nous n'y retournerons pas.
