Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Beautiful view of the "Medelsergletscher" glacier. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

For shared use: indoor pool (24 m2, depth 170 cm). Children's playground. Cable car, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 700 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Arena Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Children's ski school near the house. The house and cable car can be reached on skis when there is enough snow. 1 garage space free of charge (max. height 1.95 m), additional garage space CHF 20.00/week. All shops, restaurants etc. in Ilanz, 38 - 40 km. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum, attractions. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Toboggan run. Access: motorway A13 Zürich - Chur, exit number "Reichenau". Then road A19 Ilanz - Trun - Disentis/Mustér. Access by train Chur - Ilanz - Disentis/Mustér. Railway station in the resort.

Summer

Bathing lake, 40 m long, up to 20 m wide, suitable for children. Tennis (6 outdoor courts, 2 indoor courts). Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run. Cableways, chair lifts, 350 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours. 141 km bicycle paths, 296 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski-region Disentis 3000, from 1'248 m. 2 cableways, 3 chair lifts, 5 drag lifts, 1 children's ski lift. 16 ski runs, total length 60 km (33 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 17 % difficult). Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old. Cross country ski tracks (illuminated), winter walking paths 55 km. Sports centre. Curling, 2 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus. Further ski-regions: Skiarena Andermatt Sedrun at 8 km, Skigebiet Brigels Waltensburg at 24 km, Weisse Arena Laax at 38 km. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Sehr schöne, gute eingerichtete Wohnung bis 7 Personen, mit grossem Balkon, Sicht auf die Berge. Grosse Küche mit viel Platzmöglichkeiten, alles vorhanden zum kochen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowellen ... Dusche, WC ideale Wohnung für Familien.

Ruim en net appartement met prima voorzieningen. Verder is er een nieuwe receptionist die zijn vak verstaat. Steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam en toen wij vroegen naar onze slee die we vorige keer vergeten waren, mochten we die van hem de hele week lenen. Kortom top!

Ruime rustige woning met prachtig uitzicht op de Medelser gletscher. Matrassen in slaapkamer zijn dringend aan vervanging toe (vorig jaar ook al aangegeven).

Leider war der Kundenservice vor Ort überhaupt nicht hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden überhaupt keine Fragen bezgl. Parkplatz, Infos über den Ort kundenorientiert beantwortet.

Die Wohnung war Tip top, jedoch etwas ringhörig. Schön, dass es ein Hallenbad im Haus hat, welches immer benutzt werden konnte. Die Öffnungszeiten am Mo / Di / Do / Fr nur bis 18.00 Uhr (teilweise verkürzt wegen Saunaubuchungen nur bis 17.30 Uhr) sind viel zu kurz. Nach dem Skifahren bleibt kaum Zeit dieses zu nutzen. Ein Zugang von der Südseite des Hauses fehlt leider komplett, somit ist der direkte Zugang zur Piste verwehrt. Eindeutiger Planungsfehler des ganzen Objekts.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet - sämtliche Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden, auch Balkonmöbel etc.. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Schwimmbad ist nach einem langen Ski-Tag super. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmen hier.

Mooie comfortabele woning, met royaal balkon en prachtig uitzicht. Kwaliteit van de matrassen in de slaapkamer kan beter, evenals de kwaliteit van het bestek.

Appartamento spazioso costituito da una camera con letto matrimoniale, doppi letti in un armadio a muro in salotto e un letto a castello più letto singolo in una nicchia separato con una tenda, cucina fornita di ogni utensile anche di caffettiera e bollitore e piccola lavastoviglie( portare capsule e sapone x lavare i piatti) Non ho amato di fare i letti all arrivo e pulizie alla partenza, troppo fiscali sull orario di uscita 9:30!!
