Location Description Ascona

196 m a.s.l. >>Ascona is the lowest-lying town in Switzerland. It lies 196 metres above sea level on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Ascona is famous for its old town, the southern lakeside promenade with its street cafés and its mild climate. In Ascona's old town centre, Borgo, lies the impressive church of San Pietro e Paolo, a pillared basilica from the 16th century, whose high bell tower is the landmark of the holiday resort. The branching old town streets lead to the car-free lakeside promenade with charming street cafés. Above Ascona lies Monte Verità, the mountain of truth. + Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Tagesausflüge. + Zentral gelegen. Wichtige Orte (Einkaufen, Bushaltestelle, See, Piazza) sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar. + Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. + e-Bike-Verleih in der Nähe. - Aussicht auf die Fassade des Nachbarhauses. - Zu kleiner Balkon für vier Personen. - Lärmpegel (Verkehr, Müllabfuhr, Baustelle) von morgens bis abends. - Nicht ideale Parkmöglichkeiten (Tipp: EHP sofort buchen, nicht erst kurz vor Anreise).

Gute und zweckmäßige Ausstattung; Vor allem die Lage ist sehr gut, um alles zu erreichen. Garagenplatz konnte gemietet werden. Einziges Manko: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig (Ohropax!)

Wohnung entsprach klar der Beschreibung; Möblierung durchgezogen, stimmig. Alles funktional, nicht neu, wurde auch so nicht angepriesen. Ideal für Familie mit Kind, super Lage, Spaziergang zum Zentrum. Schade werden defekte Glühlampen von der Verwaltung nicht ersetzt; ein Kurzrundgang vor Einzug neuer Mieter, ein Lüften der Wohnung würde helfen. Verwaltung sehr freundlich, auch bei einem von uns verursachten Missgeschick.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider waren die Parkplätze bereits besetzt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in Ascona in der blauen Zone waren sehr beschränkt. Für einen Parkplatz mussten wir das 24h parking benutzen, welches sehr sehr teuer war.

L'appartement est très froid, dans le sens pas chaleureux. de plus, il y'a des toiles d'araignées au plafond. Pour le reste c'est ok, mais attention pas de places de parc disponibles, on nous a conseillé de ses parquer en zone bleue ou dans le parking d'une école car le risque d'amande est faible.

Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage, ruhig. Die Betten im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind für Erwachsene nicht mehr optimal (hängen durch).
