Exit to the balcony. 1 small room, without window with 1 x 1 bunk beds (140 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Small kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (DELIZIO) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Large balcony, north facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Hotelanlage aussen sehr schön, gepflegt, toller Pool, Zugang zum See. Innen sehr alter Teppich in den Fluren, alte Stühle mit Kissen aus dem vorletzten Jahrhundert. Nicht wichtig, aber gibt einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck und zeigt, dass hier dringend renoviert werden müsste. Restaurant geschlossen. Zimmer gut, ausreichend gross, Küche leider ohne Ablagefläche, sehr klein, dafür exzellent ausgestattet, alle Utensilien sind vorhanden. Busstation in der Nähe. Netter Empfang durch Antonella.

Première vacance avec notre petit de 1 an, l'établissement est au top avec l'accès piscine. Le logement 214 est bien aménagé comparé a d'autres locations moins bien rénovée. Le seul problème est, le check-in était prévu à une heure précise et elle nous a donné RDV le lendemain sans raison (le logement était ouvert), de plus nous avons oublié de la nourriture pour notre fils dans une armoire sans même nous appeler elle a tout jeté. Le nettoyage était pas top

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen kapp ausgelegt Kochmöglichkeiten zu knapp. Zum Frühstücken ok, doch sonstige Kocherei eher mühsam. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, Bad ausreichend.Freundliche "Schlüsselmeisterin".

Modern renovierte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht für einen Urlaub. Pool war beheizt sodass ende Mai ein Baden problemlos möglich war. Ruhige Lage und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Très belle situation à La Punta, commune de Bissone. L'établissement accuse de l'âge, mais y séjourner reste agréable. La porte-clés s'efforce de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. la vue de notre appartement est magnifique.
