Balcony, north facing position and west facing position, terrace, south facing position and west facing position, large garden. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage, height 195 cm.

Residence "Les Hauts de Nendaz". In the resort, in an elevated position, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 550 m, railway station "Sion" 16.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Hieman elämää nähnyt, mutta erittäin siisti ja toimiva asunto suoraan rinteessä. Matka terassilta rinteeseen noin 10 metriä, joten ei tarvetta vaeltaa hisseille kävellen tai busseilla, tms. Mäestä palatessa luonnollisesti sama juttu. Interhomen palvelu toimi loistavasti, palaneita lamppuja tultiin korjaamaan heti ilmoitusta seuraavana päivänä. Positiivisena yllätyksenä asunnosta löytyi myös pari raclette pannua, sekä fondue pata. Loistava valinta majoitukseksi Nendazin alueella!

Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend. Insgesamt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen, aber guten Zustand. Badezimmer innenliegend mit leichtem Schimmel. Wurde aber schon teilsaniert wie zu sehen war. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, groß genug für 6 Personen. Für 8 Personen m.E. nicht geeignet, da 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer auf ner Couch schlafen müßten. Wie in jeder Wohnung, die wir bislang gemietet haben, gab es nur stumpfe Brotmesser. Zusammenfassend: Gute Wohnung. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Lejligheden har en perfekt placering. Intet mindre. Jeg ville give top karakter, hvis den have opdateret køkkenet og bad, som står originalt 1989 (komfur er fx helt old school). Men Meget fin lejlighed, dejlig p kælder, ekstra udendørs parkering (meget stejl opkørsel - 4x4 og snekæder ved sne). Ren og pæn. God service hos Interhome.

Appartement très spacieux et confortable, très bien équipé, au bord de la piste accédant au télécabine. Seule information à savoir : en dehors de l'accès ski au pieds, la route d'accès au bâtiment est très raide : à prendre en compte si personnes à mobilité réduite ou très jeunes enfants. Vue imprenable sur les skieurs, le balai des télécabines et la vallée!

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien agencé. Il est très bien équipé (Cuisine et matériel, living, etc...). Sa localisation est juste incroyable: il est sur la piste et en proximité directe du centre de Haute Nendaz, 5 minutes à pieds des commerces. Il offre un vue sympa.
